Goal
To improve the overall digital experience by aligning design and UX decisions with user needs of a human rights NGO focused on raising awareness, educating the public, advocating for policies and promote human rights worldwide.
Challenge
Ensuring that design and UX changes stay consistent across platforms while still being flexible enough to improve user experience and deliver clear, measurable results.
Designing several landing pages that effectively communicate the organization’s mission, highlight key issues, and encourage users to get involved through donations, volunteering, and adovocacy.
A successful digital project comes from striking the right balance between UX and UI. The key is finding that intersection, which creates a strong foundation for effective design. Digital experience is improved through thoughtful UX/UI design, data-driven marketing, consistent visual communication and overall performance across platforms.
Website
The website has been improved through better UX/UI balance for a more cohesive experience. The creation of landing pages has improved clarity and direction, making user journeys more targeted and increasing engagement and conversions.
Email Marketing
Email marketing has been improved with better layout, UX flow, and content structure driven by CTR and engagement data. This has resulted in clearer messaging, stronger visuals, more effective CTAs, and higher user interaction.
Social Media
Social media has been enhanced with a consistent visual style and clearer content layout. This has improved engagement and strengthened brand recognition.
